This is the third vintage of Syrah from our Lynch Knoll Vineyards on lower Spring Mountain. Rhone in style with a penetrating mouthfeel on the palate, a complex synergistic array of flavors of pepper, tobacco leaf and allspice tones. Solid in structure, the finish is long and lingering. Serve with a variety of dishes from lamb to beef, also delicious when accompanying a simple Nicoise salad or just a bowl of olives and peppers.
