Our third vintage of Sangiovese from the Lynch Knoll Vineyard on lower Spring Mountain yielded a tiny production of intensely flavored and complex fruit. Bright garnet-ruby red in color with a developed bouquet of dried cranberry, tobacco and candied fruit. Concentrated juicy sweet fruit characteristics accented by earth, spice and red licorice notes add to this wines appeal. Elegant ripe red currant and mineral character heightens during the mid-palate and lengthens to a sweet finish of cherry cola carried by smooth, lush tannins.
