Lynch Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley
Created by
Heidi Peterson Barrett
This is our third vintage of Cabernet from our Lynch
Knoll vineyards on lower Spring Mountain. This wine combines complex
black-red berry fruit with mineral and soil tones balanced with pure
cassis. A lovely currant, cedar and tobacco inner core blends richness
with subtlety, gently rolling in the mouth from flavor to flavor. This
lush Cabernet opens to reveal flavors of licorice, black currant and
mint and possesses a stunning overall balance, an understated yet evident
acidity, integrated with a long finish.

Reviews:
90 pts. - Exceptional
Brilliant ruby red hue. Black currant, plum, licorice and oak aromas. Medium-full
with very good concentration, this is ripe and plush with youthful tannins
and nicely integrated oak. A few years of aging will bring out further complexities.
